SEYMOUR, CT: Valentine K. Paulus, age 91 a lifelong Seymour resident entered into peaceful rest November 7, 2012 at her home; she was the beloved wife of the late Joseph John Paulus. Mrs. Paulus was born Aug. 23, 1921 in Seymour, daughter of the late Michael and Josephine (Michaelowski) Kordick. Valentine was retired from the manufacturing industry; she was a communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She enjoyed trips to the casinos, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Paulus leaves her loving family including her son, David Paulus and his wife Cynthia of W. Haven, her sisters, Lydia Kutzli of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Dorothy Napierkowski of Jacksonville, FL, and grandchildren, Jennifer, Gregory, Kevin, and Daniel Paulus.

Funeral services are private. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour.
