There are many stories to share about Butch. We were friends since we were teenagers and still remain friends to this day. Throughout these years we worked together from time to time. We entered the military together and came home together.   We hunted and fished together all of our adult life, we hardly missed a year.  I will never forget those great trips to Nova Scotia and Maine.  Butch introduced me to his many friends at "The Camp" in Nova Scotia over 30 years ago, Butch and I still have these friends to this day. 

There are so many great stories to share, I will sum them all up by saying this:  Butch was one of the best friends anyone could ask for or expect to have.  He was always there for you, anytime, anywhere, anyplace.  You could always count on Butch.  He was a dependable, honest and good man.  When you asked Butch for advice you knew it came from the heart.  I think all of these traits is a pretty good honor for any man to have.

I am going to miss him, but will probably still ask for his advice.  GOD bless you Butch.
