Theresa M. Hannon, 60 of Seymour she entered into peaceful rest on March 18, 2023; she was the beloved wife of Christopher Hannon. Mrs. Hannon was born June 19, 1962 in Rockville Centre, NY, daughter of Concetta (Eaderoso) Fisher of Oyster Bay, NY, and the late Thomas Fisher. Theresa was employed by the Seymour Board of Education, working at the Seymour High School for 22 years. Theresa will be fondly remembered for her playful spirit, not thinking twice about putting on a fun costume like Minnie Mouse, or even as recent as last Friday dressing up as a Leprechaun. She was always known for lighting up any room she walked into. Theresa loved putting her feet in the ocean any chance she could get by going on a yearly vacation to Dominican Republic with her beautiful family and trips to Florida with her beloved friends. Theresa was also an avid NY Mets Fan, her love for the team came from her parents.

In addition to her husband Christopher of 34 years, and her mother, Theresa also leaves her loving family including, her daughter, Heather Hannon of New Haven, and her son, Christopher Hannon of Seymour; a sister, Maria Dailey and her husband Jeffrey of New London, NH; several nieces and nephews, and sister and brother-in-laws.

Calling Hours will be Sunday March 26th from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Theresa’s life will be held Monday, March 27th at 10:30 AM at Saint Nicholas Parish- Saint Augustine Church (DIRECTLY), 35 Washington Avenue , Seymour.
