BAREFOOT BAY, FL, and SEYMOUR, CT: Anna (Hlywa) Miller, age 83 of Barefoot Bay, FL, a former longtime Seymour resident entered into peaceful rest January 15, 2013 in Florida; she was the beloved wife of the late Edward Miller. Mrs. Miller was born December 28, 1929 in Ansonia, daughter of the late John and Mary (Gracon) Hlywa. She was a communicant of St. Peter and St. Paul Church, Ansonia. Anna was a retired secretary from Preston Machine Co. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and cooking; Anna loved the special times she spent with her daughter and grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller leaves her loving family including her daughter, Mary Ann Santos and her companion Frank Donofrio of Barefoot Bay, a brother, William Hlywa of, Edgewater, FL, a sister, Lillian Hashim of Palmetto, FL, her cherished granddaughters, Nicole Guerrera and her husband Michael, Aimee Santos and her fiance' Giancarlo Sarmiento, and Karli Santos, and several nieces and nephews. Her son Edward predeceased her.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 5:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. Spring interment will be in St. Peter and St. Paul Cemetery.
