Obituary for Antoinette Wilber (Amico)
SEYMOUR – Antoinette (Amico) Wilber, age 100, a lifelong resident of Seymour, beloved wife of the late Lewis Wilber, entered peaceful rest on Sunday, February 9, 2020 in her home surrounded by family. Born in Seymour on November 11, 1919, she was a beloved daughter of the late Alphonsus and Laurentia (Bruccholeri) Amico.
Antoinette enjoyed reading her large print books, dining out, and trips to the casino where she could test her luck and catch a nice show. But above all else, she loved being the matriarch of the family and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving children, Floreen Keenan of Seymour, and Lewis Wilber of N. Haven; sister, Florence Cormach; adored grandchildren, Tim Wilber and his wife Tracy, and Lindsey Wilber; as well as her 3 cherished great grandchildren, Brynlee, Asher and Toni Lynn. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her siblings Tom, Al, Mario, Jack, Fred, Grace and Stella, as well as her granddaughter, Sarah Wilber.
All services will be held at the convenience of the family.
