Seymour, CT; Blossom Murphy, 79, of Seymour, entered into peaceful rest May 20th , at Griffin Hospital, Derby. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Murphy. Blossom was born March 30, 1929 in Derby, daughter of the late William and Blossom (Burton) Tillotson. Blossom was a life long resident of Seymour. She was a retired Medical Secretary in the Maternity Ward at Griffin Hospital where she worked for 20 years. She leaves her three loving sons, Glenn Murphy, Oxford, Thomas Murphy, Oakville, and Frederick Murphy, Orville, Ca. and 11 cherished Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides the enjoyment of her family, she also enjoyed, crafts, painting, reading, and puzzles.
