Obituary for Brett R. Kwaak, Sr.
NAUGATUCK: Brett R. Kwaak, Sr. age 64 of Naugatuck, beloved husband of Lizette (Clemente) Kwaak, entered peaceful rest on Thursday, July 28, 2022 in Waterbury Hospital surrounded by family. Born in Milford on April 1, 1958, he was a son of the late Ralph R. Kwaak and Patricia (Tilson) Kirkley of FL.
Brett was a beautiful human being and devoted family man, especially to his cherished granddaughter, Raegan. He was an avid NY Yankee and NY Giants fan and played football for Notre Dame High School and Central CT State University. Later in life, Brett enjoyed coaching children, especially his loving sons, Brett Jr. and Joseph, in both baseball and football.
In addition to his beloved wife of 33 years, survivors include his loving sons, Brett Kwaak, Jr. and his wife Danyella of Naugatuck, and Joseph Kwaak of Naugatuck; cherished granddaughter, Raegan, as well as many siblings and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Brett’s life will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 6pm in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St. Seymour, CT 064873. Relatives and friends can visit from 3pm until the time of services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
