Obituary for Carolyn D. Dorosh (Fron)
SEYMOUR: Carolyn Dorothy (Fron) Dorosh, age 97 of Seymour, beloved wife of the late Stephen S. Dorosh, entered peaceful rest on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in Huntsville Hospital, AL. Born in Jermyn, PA, on December 27, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John and Sophia (Kalish) Fron.
Carolyn grew up in Pennsylvania and eventually moved to Connecticut where she worked as a dietary aide at Hilltop Healthcare (Ansonia), retiring at the young age of 85. A very loving and caring person, Carolyn will be fondly remembered for her friendly nature, as well as her love of cooking and gardening.
Survivors include her loving children, Joan Hartman and Alan Dorosh, both of AL; 6 cherished grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Donald Dorosh.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 12pm in St. Michael Church, 75 Derby Ave., Derby CT 06418. Visitation will take place Thursday morning from 10am to 11:30am in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483.
