Obituary for Casmir Laskowski
SEYMOUR: Casmir C. Laskowski, age 84 of Seymour, entered peaceful rest on Thursday, January 13, 2022 in Shady Knoll Health Care, Seymour. Born in Scranton, PA, on February 20, 1937, he was a son of the late Joseph Sr. and Sophie (Haberek) Laskowski.
A retired electrician for Sikorsky’s in Stratford, Casmir was always busy and helpful to those in need. He loved bowling and will be remembered for his many trips to Milford where he enjoyed feeding birds.
Survivors include his beloved children, Charles Laskowski and his fiancé Kandi of Naugatuck, Peter Laskowski and his wife Colleen of Seymour, James Laskowski and his wife Lea of CA, Nancy Chowanec and her husband Bob of Seymour, Maria Laskowski and her wife Karen Filippini of Ansonia, and Julianne Langerud and her husband Steven of TN; 6 adored grandchildren, Shannon, Brandon, Rachel, Nicole, Kathleen and Lucas, as well as 9 cherished great-grandchildren and her son-in-law, James Stochmal. In addition to his parents, Casmir was predeceased by his daughter, Mardel Stochmal and brothers, Chester and Joseph Laskowski, Jr.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family and the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour CT 06483 has been entrusted with his arrangements.
