Obituary for Donald S. Dorosh

Donald S.  Dorosh
BEACON FALLS, CT: Donald S. Dorosh, 52 of Beacon Falls entered into peaceful rest August 5, 2010 at his home; he was the beloved companion of Barbara Tosolini-Moore of Beacon Falls. Mr. Dorosh was born May 18, 1958 in Derby loving son of Carolyn (Fron) Dorosh of Seymour, and the late Stephen S. Dorosh. Donald was employed by Sikorsky Aircraft, Stratford as a Manufacturing Engineer. Don had many interests including motorcycle riding, golf, tennis, working out, and bicycling; he recently participated in the TD Bike Tour of Manhattans’ five boroughs. Donald will be fondly remembered for his generosity, compassion, and great sense of humor.

In addition to his companion and his mother, Donald leaves his loving family including two sons, Kyle and Dylan Dorosh of Beacon Falls, a brother, Alan D. Dorosh of Harvest, Al., and his sister, Joan Hartman of Madison, Al., 4 nieces, 2 grandnephews, and 6 grandnieces.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. from the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 161 West Church Street, Seymour, to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Derby. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial gifts may be sent to the Kyle and Dylan Dorosh Education Fund, c/o Wachovia Bank, 11 Klarides Village Dr., Seymour, CT 06483.
