Obituary for Eugene W. "Butch" DuPaul
Eugene W. DuPaul, age 76 of Oxford, entered into peaceful rest on April 6, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterbury. He was the beloved husband of Ida for 42 years. Mr. DuPaul was born August 31, 1943 in Derby, son of the late Eugene Arthur and Elizabeth Agnes (Hickey) DuPaul. Eugene was a retired Truck Driver with Professional Drivers of Branford.
In addition to his beloved wife Ida, Eugene leaves his loving family including, his sister, Janet; nieces Mary and Kathy; nephews Rob, Chris, Jon, Greg and Pat; 15 great nieces and nephews and one great - great nephew. He was predeceased by his brother Robert DuPaul and sister-in-law Jean.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 10:30am in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St. Seymour, CT 06483. Family and friends are invited to greet the family from 9am until the time of service while observing social distancing and face protection guidelines. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Seymour.
