Helen M. Bodnar, 95 of Seymour entered into peaceful rest on October 14, 2022 at Shady Knoll Health Center; she was the beloved wife of the late Samuel Bodnar. Mrs. Bodnar was born July 27, 1927 in Seymour, daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Chagin) Mihalko. Helen was a communicant of Saint Nicholas Parish-Church of the Good Shepherd. She retired as an Inspector, a Supervisor, and a Clerk from U. S. Rubber of Naugatuck and Homer D. Bronson Company formerly of Beacon Falls. She loved artwork and crocheting.

Helen leaves her loving daughter, Christine Shea and her husband Ronald of Waterbury and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Samuel Bodnar, and her brother, John Mihalko.
