Obituary for Helen Tatge
OCALA, FL: Helen (Makowski) Tatge, age 96 of FL, beloved wife of the late Anthony Morgewicz and George Tatge, entered peaceful rest on Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Ocala, FL. Born in Seymour, on April 9, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Spodnik) Makowski.
Helen was a longtime Connecticut resident before retiring to Florida in 1990. She was always busy, whether it be gardening or simply working around the house, and loved to sew, listen to polka music, dance and play the piano.
Survivors include her loving children, Janice Hull and her husband Robert of Southington, Ronald Fischer and his wife Patricia of Naugatuck, and William Fischer of SC; 7 adored grandchildren, Kimberly, Pamela, Robert, Dawn, Stephanie, Christopher and Diana, as well as 9 great grandchildren , 3 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Frank, Walter, Stanley, Henry, Stella and Harriet.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family, and the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483 has been entrusted with her arrangements.
