Obituary for Janet Cremonie (Gahan)
BETHANY – Janet Cremonie, age 66 of Bethany, beloved wife of the late Alan “Big Al” Cremonie, Sr. entered peaceful rest on Monday, April 19, 2021 in her home surrounded by family. Born in Derby on February 22, 1955, she was the daughter of the late William and Gladys (Seaton) Gahan.
A former paraprofessional for Bethany Community School, Janet loved doing arts and crafts, and especially enjoyed collecting and restoring dolls, such as German bisque head dolls.
Survivors include her two loving sons, Alan, Jr., and Nicholas Cremonie, both of Bethany; brother, Richard Gahan and his wife Carol, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11am in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St. Seymour, CT 06483. Calling hours will be from 9:30 am until the time of services. Interment will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 11am DIRECTLY in St. Augustine Cemetery, Seymour.
