Mrs. Lena (Visselli) Dubey, age 88, of Seymour, beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Dubey, Sr. passed away on January 22, 2013 at Griffin Hospital, Derby.

She was born on November 10, 1924 in Ansonia and was the daughter of the late Vincent and Victoria Visselli. Mrs. Dubey was a supervisor at Uniroyal for many years before her retirement. She spent many years babysitting her grandchildren, enjoyed spending time with her family and was an avid Bingo player.

Mrs. Dubey is survived by her six devoted children, Linda Potucek and her husband Marty of Florida, Gloria Benway and her husband, Stanley, Rita Scermino and her companion, Robert Magda, Ann Marie Renaldi and her husband, Frank, all of Seymour, Lawrence J. Dubey, Jr. and his wife, Crystal of Shelton, Robert Dubey and his wife Debby of Derby. She also leaves her sister, Dorothy Plasko of Wolcott, 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Several brothers and sisters predeceased her.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 24 at 10:30 a.m. at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd. Interment to follow in Mountain Meadows Cemetery, Seymour.
