Obituary for Lewis Wilber
SEYMOUR - Lewis A. Wilber, age 98, of Seymour, beloved husband of Antoinette (Amico) Wilber, entered peaceful rest on Friday, August 2, 2019 at home surrounded by family. Born in Shelton on March 12, 1921, Lewis served honorably as a Pvt. 1st Class in the Army during WWII. A dedicated employee of Bridgeport Brass for many years, he enjoyed playing the lotto (although he rarely won), trips to Mohegan Sun, and watching CNN.
In addition to his wife Antoinette, of 71 years, survivors include his loving children, Floreen Keenan of Seymour, and Lewis J. Wilber of North Haven; cherished grandchildren, Lindsey Wilber, and Tim Wilber and his wife Tracy; one adored great granddaughter, Brynlee, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Sarah Wilber.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St. Seymour, CT 06483 and all services will be private at the convenience of the family.
