Seymour, CT: Lorraine W. Hathaway, age 91 passed away at her home on Dec. 9, 2021; she was the wife of 57 years to the late W. Robert Hathaway. Lorraine was born Nov. 25, 1930 to the late George and Helen (Cook) Wiedon. Lorraine grew up and attended schools in Wallingford. Lorraine and Bob made their home and raised their family in Seymour. She and her husband loved to travel and dance, anytime Big Band Music was playing, you could find them on the dance floor. They made many trips to together to Florida and Las Vegas, and enjoyed cruises to Hawaii, Alaska, and the Rhine River.

Lorraine leaves her family including her daughters, Debra Baxter of Seymour and Cheryl H. Goggins (David) of Ansonia; her daughter-in-law Mary Kate Hathaway of Watertown; her grandchildren, Hayley Hathaway, Sean and Jessica Goggins, Amanda Deschenes, Joshua and Brian Hathaway. Her son Gary R. Hathaway, and grandson Justin C. Angels predeceased her.
