Mary Rose (Beechum) Fatula, age 93, beloved wife of the late Wasil “Bill” Fatula, entered peaceful rest on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Griffin Hospital. Born in Derby on March 23, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Archeny and Vera (Voytek) Beechum. Mary loved to knit and crochet, and would use her talents to make hundreds of blankets for veterans in the West Haven VA. Family and friends will also remember her enjoyment of crossword puzzles, gardening, and her famous potato salad, but most of all, for her love of family.
