I met Peter for the first time in June for the War Dog Dedication. I was so honored to meet the man who placed my poem on stone. I feel I lost my best friend. Peter, your dedication for the War Dogs and what you put together came from a heart of gold. Thank you for letting me be a part of that day in June. You will never be forgotten.
