My earliest memory of Uncle Phil was when he and Aunt Ret lived in Middlebury .From that point on he was always a big part of my life.We lived next door, just down the hill for many years on what was once part of the family farm. When ever my Dad was working which was most of the time Uncle Phil would stand in for Dad at scouting events.I will always remember his kind nature and his dry wit and his wisdom.I was truly honored to know this gentle man.You will be missed very much Uncle Phil.Love you.
