Phyllis Ann (Palmieri) Furfaro, age 90, previously of Seymour, beloved wife of the late Antonio Furfaro, Sr. entered peaceful rest on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in the Brandywine Assisted Living Facility, Litchfield. Born in Waterbury on April 26, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Antoinette (Alfano) Palmieri. A retired hairdresser, Phyllis loved to cook and especially entertain family. Survivors include her loving children, Antonio Furfaro, Jr. of FL, Frank Furfaro of GA, and Debra Ann Stronkowsky of Morris; brother, Peter Palmieri; sister, Teresa Porcu; 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony, Fred, and Patsy Palmieri. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 1pm in Mt. Meadows Cemetery, Mountain Rd., Seymour CT. Relatives and friends may greet the family Thursday morning from 11am until 12:30pm in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483.
