Life Story for Ralph A. Cyr

Ralph A.  Cyr
WATERBURY AND SEYMOUR: Ralph A. Cyr, age 86, of Seymour and Waterbury, beloved husband of the late Isabella Levesque Cyr, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2009 in River Glen Health Care Center. Mr. Cyr was born on February 24, 1923 in Saint Agatha, Maine. He was a corporal with the U.S. Army during WWII. Mr. Cyr was a carpenter for many years before his retirement. He was a parishioner of the Church of the Good Shepherd. Mr. Cyr enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially on the lakes of Maine. Mr. Cyr is survived by four sons, Ernest Cyr and his wife, Sandra of Fort Myers, Florida, Wayne Cyr and his wife Donna of Naugatuck, Allyre Cyr and his wife Gwen of Oxford and John Cyr and his wife Jane of Middlebury and a brother, Albert Cyr of Caribou, Maine and several grandchildren and a great grandson. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, October 21 from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Seymour. Interment with full Military Honors will be held in Mountain Meadows Cemetery, Seymour.
