Obituary for Richard J. Budzik Sr.
SEYMOUR, CT: Richard J. Budzik, Sr., age 87 of Seymour, beloved husband of the late Irene (Lux) Budzik, entered into peaceful rest on January 20, 2022 in Shady Knoll Healthcare, Seymour.
Born on August 15, 1934 in Shelton, Richard was a lifelong carpenter who loved being outdoors as well as animals and watching football.
Survivors include his loving children, Richard Budzik, Jr. of Waterbury, Michael Budzik (Lori) of Derby, and Debbie Budzik (Andrew Schur) of Naugatuck, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services will take place on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour, CT 06483. Relatives and friends can visit from 10:00am until the time of services. Interment will follow in Mountain Meadows Cemetery, Seymour.
