Shane J. Conway, 48 of Oxford, CT entered into eternal rest on May 22nd, 2021. Shane was born January 28th, 1973 in Bridgeport and was the beloved son of Barbara Conway of Oxford, and the late David Conway. Shane lived his life on the wild side, a true thrill seeker and adrenaline junkie. In the woods or by the ocean, Shane loved blasting music, and finding adventure with his dog Guinness by his side. Shane was truly a ‘Jack of All Trades’. He could fix everything with a few zip ties and some duct tape. Shane was employed at Seymour Auto, a job he absolutely loved. He loved helping people and would give you the shirt off his back. He was a people person and an animal lover. He will always be remembered for his embellished stories, always punctuated with sound effects and hand gestures. He adored his mother and father, girlfriend, children, grandchildren, and his dog. Shane was undeniably and unapologetically Shane, and he will forever be missed by all who met him.

In addition to his mother, Shane leaves his loving family including his girlfriend, Annmarie McNulty Kusterer; his daughters, Samantha Conway and Tori Conway, and her husband, Luke O’Connell of Seymour, his son David Conway and his wife Courtney of Southbury, his brother, Matthew Conway and his wife Monica of Southbury, his grandmother, Patricia Zummo of Atlanta, Georgia, his grandchildren, Jenna, Ryan, Luke, Benjamin, and Natalie, his niece Ava, and his beloved dog Guinness. He was predeceased by a brother, Christian Conway.
