Mr. Walter Joseph Krolik, age 69, of Beacon Falls, passed away on January 24, 2011 at Waterbury Hospital.
He was born on December 3, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Joseph and Jeannette (Kobylinski) Krolik. Mr. Krolik was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an engineer at the former Wiltek Co. in Norwalk for over 30 years before his retirement. He will be greatly missed for his Famous Pizza Nights.
Mr. Krolik is survived by his two devoted daughters, Laurie Krolik and Stephanie Krolik both of Beacon Falls, and three grandchildren, Oona, Emma and Jared. He is also survived by an aunt and several cousins. His granddaughter, Molly predeceased him.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls. Interment will be held in private. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
