Will, was a great friend to me growing up in West Hartford. We both attended Charter Oak Elementary school. We spent much time together during those years just doing young boys stuff. I have very fond memories of Wilbur and the family. I am so sad to hear of his passing. Wilbur was great person.

My condolences to Will's family. I met Will in the 80's at Avco Lycoming. He was a good-humored, friendly, helpful, and kind person who I enjoyed working with. When Lycoming became AlliedSignal and moved to Phoenix, Will and I went to ASML and I continued to see and chat with Will over the years. I was sad to hear of Will's passing and will miss our talks.
