Obituary for Alan W. Peck

Alan W.  Peck
Bethany, CT: Alan W. Peck, age 56 a lifelong resident of Bethany entered into peaceful rest October 1, 2010 at his home with his devoted family by his side after a brief battle with Pancreatic Cancer. He was the loving husband of Stacy (Wescott) Peck. Mr. Peck was born November 8, 1953 in New Haven, cherished son of Elizabeth (Qubik) Peck of Bethany, and the late Norman "Bud" Peck. Alan was a self-employed Electrical Contractor and owner of Peck Electric of Bethany. His interests included Kart Racing, and he was a lover of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Mr. Peck was a member of the World Karting Association, the Eagle's Club, Naugatuck, and the Brotherhood of Oddfellows, Waterbury.

In addition to his wife and mother, Alan leaves his loving family including, a son, Gregory Peck and his companion Ashley Cadoret of Bethany, a daughter, Christina Peck Daniels and her husband Aron of Naugatuck, his sister, Debbie Carature of Ansonia, two granddaughters, Laila Rose Daniels, and Brooke Blessing, two step-sons, Travis and Alex Cunningham of Bethany, and two nieces, Lauren and Lindsay Carature. Alan was a lifelong animal lover, and also leaves his three kitties, Sam, Abby, and Mia.

A mass of Christian will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church, 4 Union City Road, Prospect (directly). Interment will be in Carrington Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 4:00 tom 8:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
