Mrs. Alice Pearson, age 105, of Derby, beloved wife of the late Arthur Pearson, passed away on June 19, 2010 in Wesley Village, Shelton.

She was born on January 4, 1905 in Washington, CT to the late Ferdinand and Augusta (Swanson) Hemingson. Mrs. Pearson was a communicant of Immanuel-St. James Church, Derby.

She is survived by her niece, Elizabeth Blau of Chicago, IL and her nephew, Richard Hemingson of Colbrook, CT. Her brothers, Harold, Arthur, Frederick, Raymond and Edgar Hemingson and her sister, Edna Hemingson predeceased her.
