Ann N.  Marasco (Finkle)
MARASCO Ann N. Marasco, age 87 of Southington, formerly of Beacon Falls, passed away peacefully Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Bishop Wicke Health Center in Shelton. Born in Seymour, the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary McNerney Finkle. She had been a resident of Beacon Falls most of her life. Ann was a retired employee of the Homer D. Bronson Company and a parishioner of St. Michael’s Church in Beacon Falls. Survivors include her beloved husband of 68 years Harry Marasco of Southington and her daughter Marilyn Fusco and her husband Alfred of Stratford. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Pasquale Coppola of Naugatuck; five grandchildren Suzanne Sliker (Todd) of Southington, Allison Streeto (Ralph) of East Haven, Jay Fusco (Jennifer) of Guilford, Matthew Coppola of Seymour, Nicole Quigley of Middletown, eight great-grandchildren Justin, Audrey and Kevin Sliker, Anthony and Michael Streeto, Jack and Matthew Fusco, Raymond Quigley. She will be deeply missed by her best friend Margaret Caulfield and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her infant son Harry Phillip Marasco, her beloved daughter Linda E. Coppola, two sisters, Mildred Tatro and Jane Sepanek and three brothers Arthur, Peter, and John Finkle. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:00 am. in St. Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls. Interment to follow in St. Augustine’s Cemetery, Seymour. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714.
