My Memories of Aunt Barb

I will always remember the great times I had as a kid going to Aunt Barb's and Uncle Joe's during the summer. We lived in Corning and I could not wait to get to the ocean and go out on the boat. The best fun was packing all 9 of us in their house, the smell of coffee on the stove and the outstanding meatballs and sauce she always made. Aunt Barb worked a full time job but she always seemed to be there and see to our every need. It was a real vacation for me and the rest of my family. Aunt Barb also had a well stocked fridge with frozen candy bars and drinks so when you were there it was like being at a hotel. I feel so bad we lost touch with everyone through the years, everyone grew up, went to school, joined the military, got married, had kids and so on. I miss all my cousins and the great times we had at Indian Wells and fishing. Those memories and especially those of Aunt Barb and Uncle Joe stay with me to this date. I will miss you Aunt Barb, Love Ronnie.
