ANSONIA: Mrs. Bernarda Gronkiewicz-Mironska, age 76, beloved wife of the late Jerry Mironska, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Griffin Hospital, Derby.

Daughter of the late Ignacy and Maria (Kania) Kucab and was born on June 8, 1934 in Poland.

Bernarda is survived by her two devoted sons, Zbigniew M. Gronkiewicz and Jacek Gronkiewicz both of Ansonia and five loving grandchildren, Piotr, Katarzyna and Natalia Gronkiewicz all of Ansonia and Pawel and Malgorzata Gronkiewicz of Poland.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 6 at 1:00 p.m. (Directly) at Saint Michael’s Church, 75 Derby Avenue, Derby. Interment will follow in Saint Michael Cemetery, Derby. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
