SEYMOUR: Miss Catherine J. Sonnenstuhl, age 87, of Seymour, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2011 at her home.

Daughter of the late Herman and Janet (DeTramisure) Sonnenstuhl. She was born on December 19, 1923 in Central Islip, New York. She was graduate of Seymour High School, Class of 1942. Catherine was an employee of the SNET Co, New Haven for many years before her retirement. She will be remembered as a very genuine and sweet sole with a positive outlook on life. She was a member of the Pioneer Club Retiree Club with SNET and member of the Seymour Senior Center. Please say a prayer in remembrance of Catherine.

Catherine is survived by her three nephews, Robert Sonnenstuhl (Barbara) of Woodbury, William Sonnenstuhl (Janet) of Ithaca, NY, Richard Sonnenstuhl (Elizabeth) Ft. Lauderdale, FL and her niece, Ginny Caravajal (Alex) of Scottsdale, AZ and several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Virginia, and two brothers William and Alfred.
