As an R/C flyer, I spent many enjoyable afternoons model flying with Charlie. He was a founding member and the current president of our club but also one of the greatest contributors of time and effort for the benefit of the members. I called him our "spark plug". He was always friendly, fun to be with, and will be greatly missed by all the members, over 100 currently. My sympathy to his family. Bill Jensen, Oxford.
