THOMASTON, CT: Doreen Mary Mitchell age 42 of Thomaston, formerly of Naugatuck and Seymour entered into peaceful rest July 23rd on Hartford. Born December 31, 1965 in Waterbury, beloved daughter of June (Gracy) Mitchell of Seymour, and the late Edward Mitchell. Doreen was employed by Goodwill Industries and was a Home Health Aide in Cheshire. She was formerly employed by the Southbury Training School, and Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour; she was a communicant of St. Michael’s Church, Beacon Falls. In addition to her mother Doreen leaves her loving family including her daughter, Alyssa Mitchell and her son, Zachery Fuoco both of Thomaston, a brother, Leonard Mitchell and his wife Cheryl of Holliston, MA, a sister, Deborah Mitchell of Derby, three nieces, Shayla, Madison, and Taylor Mitchell, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
