SEYMOUR, CT: Eleanor L. Ferguson age 83 formerly of West Church Street, beloved wife of the late Robert L. Ferguson, entered into rest December 25, 2002 in Louisville, KY. She was born October 23, 1919 in Seymur, daughter of the late John and Mary (Loughlin) Lindskog. She was a Seymouor resident for most of her life, and had resided in Carrollton, KY for the past 10 months. Eleanor was a communicant of the Seymour United Methodist Church, and was also a member, of the Himandher club there. She was a member and Past Matron of the Olive Chapter, Order of Eastern Star; Eleanor enjoyed travel, crafts, and sewing, in which she also taught sewing for the Seymour adult education classes.
She leaves her loving family including 2 daughters, Joan Carroll of Carrollton, KY, and Doris Meisner of Leesburg, FL. Her twin sister, Helen Haverly of Boynton Beach, FL. 3 grandchildren, Wendi Carroll of Deland, FL, Kurt Meisner of Tallahassee, FL, and Vance Meisner of Leesburg, FL. She also leaves her great grandson Jordan Koehler of Deland, FL.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. Interment will be in Trinity Cemetery.
