Obituary for Eleanor M. Tuttle

Seymour, Ct Eleanor M. Tuttle, 76 of Seymour, entered into peaceful rest July 5, 2007. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth J. Tuttle, Sr. celebrating over 55 years of marriage.
Eleanor was a registered industrial nurse working for the Farrel Corp. for twenty four years. She graduated from Grace New Haven School of Nursing in 1951. She was a member of the Southern Conn Industrial Nurses Assoc. and served as treasurer for four years. Eleanor was a member of the Farrel Old Timers Club and the Seymour United Methodist Church, serving as a liturgist, communion steward and alter guild member. She was a resident of Seymour for over fifty years. Eleanor enjoyed her family, friends, her kitty Charlie, bowling and the New York Yankees.
Besides her husband, she leaves her loving sons, Kenneth J. Tuttle, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Huntington and Craig E. Tuttle and his wife Maria of Oxford. Five cherished grandchildren, Scott, Eric, Stacey, Mark and Ryan Tuttle.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00am at the Seymour United Methodist Church, 90 Pearl St. Seymour. Family and friends may call Monday from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St. Seymour. Burial will held at a later date.
