Obituary for Emma Lewis

SEYMOUR, CT: Emma A. Lewis, age 92 of 32 Smith Street entered into rest March 19, 2002 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby; she was the beloved wife of the late John R. Lewis.
Mrs. Lewis was born February 1, 1910 in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late William and Emma Humann Voight. She was a Seymour resident for the past 25 years, and had attended the Seymour United Methodist Church. Emma enjoyed playing bingo.
She leaves her loving family including 1 son John W. Lewis, Sr. of Shelton. 3 grandchildren, Carol Margiano and her husband Scott of Shelton, John W. Lewis, Jr. of Derby, and Donna Lewis of Ansonia. 4 great grandchildren, Leigh Margiano and Scott Margiano both of Shelton, and Samantha Lewis and Alan Lewis both of Ansonia. Her sisters Anna Livingston and Viola Odenwald predeceased her.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
