SEYMOUR, CT: Frank Norman Daniels, age 66, of Tanglwood Lakes, Greentown, PA, entered into peaceful rest October 30, 2004, at Mercy Hospital, Scranton. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Lorraine (Stevens) Daniels of Jamaica, NY, and the late Frank Daniels. He leaves his beloved wife, Roberta "Bonnie" (Smedman) Daniels. Frank had served in the US Navy and was retired from his position as Senior Vice-President Of Field Operations for Trans-Lux. During his years with Trans-Lux, he earned the honor of being named Field Manager of the Year. Frank was a resident of Seymour for many years before moving to Greentown five years ago. He was a communicant of Christ Episcopal Church, Honesdale, PA., and a former communicant and Senior Warden of Trinity Episcopal Church, Seymour.
In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Daniels is survived by his loving family, including four sons: Gary of Newtown, Thomas of Ocean Spring, MS, William of Oxford, David of Norwalk, two brothers, William of Equinunk, PA, and Lewis of Bellmore, NY, also six cherished grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services in celebration of Frank’s life will be Wednesday at 10:30am in Trinity Episcopal Church, 91 Church Street, Seymour where a service of Requiem Eucharist will be held. Family and friends may call also on Wednesday from 8:00 to 10:00 am in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
