Obituary for Helen Andrews

SEYMOUR, CT: Helen Andrews age 98 of Seymour entered into peaceful rest October 21, 2006 at the Griffin Hospital, Derby. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Andrews, Sr. Helen was born March 10, 1908 in Seymour, daughter of the late Adolph and Amelia (Hafersat) Neumann; she was a lifelong Seymour resident. Mrs. Andrews was a communicant of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Oxford. Helen was the Salutatorian of her high school graduating class; her interests included knitting and camping.
Mrs. Andrews leaves her loving family including her daughter Helen Hayden and her husband Robert, Sr., four grandchildren, Robert Hayden, Jr, Susan Ketz, Scott and Todd Andrews all of Seymour, seven great grandchildren, and her great, great grandson. Her son Louis Andrews, Jr, and sisters Mildred and Emma Neumann and Lydia Kottmann predeceased her.
Funeral services and interment are private. There are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
