Helen Pochron
SEYMOUR, CT: Pochron, Helen, 84 of Martha Street entered into rest April 10, 2002 at the Waterbury Extented Care Facility in Watertown. She was the wife of the late Frank Pochron.
Mrs. Pochron was born on October 17, 1917 in Naugatuck, CT daughter of the late John and Mary Kaminski Tamowski. Helen was a Seymour resident since 1954 and was a retired cafeteria worker for the former Seymour Center School. She was a communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She enjoyed reading and listening to music.
She leaves her loving family, a daughter Sharon Taylor and her husband Robert of Woodbury, a brother Theodore Tamowski of Wolcott, two sisters Irene Krulikoski and Eleanor Rahuba both of Naugatuck and one granddaughter, Catherine Taylor of Woodbury, several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 9:15 a.m. from the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, to the Church of the Good Shepherd where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00. Internment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Derby. Family and friends may call at the funeral home 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, (TODAY). Memorial contributions may be made to the Seymour Ambulance Fund, P. O.
