SEYMOUR, CT: Horace S. Cable, Jr., age 80 who was residing at the Gardner Heights Health Center, Shelton, formerly of 39 Roberts Street, Seymour, also formerly of Oxford, entered into rest August 10, 2002 at Gardner Heights. Mr. Cable was born August 16, 1921 in Torrington, son of the late Horace S., Sr., and Marjorie Hurlburt Cable. He was a retired machinist from the Seymour Brass Turning Co. Horace was a communicant of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Oxford.
He leaves several cousins. Besides his parents his sister Doris Berry predeceased him.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Peters Cemetery, Governors Hill Road, Oxford. There are no calling hours. The Ralph E.
