Obituary for Ida Morris

OXFORD, CT: Ida Morris, 74 of East Street, entered into peaceful rest at her home on March 7, 2003; she was the beloved wife of the late William A. Morris. Mrs. Morris was born February 26, 1929 in Poughkeepsie, NY, daughter of the late Gordon and Anna (Shurer) Sitzer. She was an Oxford resident since 1950.
Ida leaves her loving family including her daughter Ida DuPaul and her husband Eugene of Oxford. One brother Woodrow Sitzer of Deland, FL.One sister Isabelle Posypanko of Oxford, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 west Church Street, Seymour. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oxford.
