BEACON FALLS; Lorna D. Baldwin, age 70, of Beacon Falls, beloved wife of the late Dennis Baldwin, entered into peaceful rest Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in Glendale Health Care Center in Naugatuck. Daughter of the late Reginald and Marjorie Bartlett Davis she was born June 11, 1938 in Bridgeport. She was employed with T. J. Murphy Insurance Co.before her retirement. Lorna was the former librarian for the Beacon Falls Library and also ran the Children’s Programs there. Mrs. Baldwin was a communicant and volunteer with St. Michael’s Church in Beacon Falls. She loved to travel and was a very kind and loving person and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her cherished daughter, Kathleen Baldwin. She leaves three cousins and many dear friends. Family and friends may call on Monday, January 12, 2009 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Saint Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls. Interment will be in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beacon Falls Library, (for children’s programs), 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403.
