Obituary for Mina V. Mathis

BETHLEHEM,CT: Mina Veronica Mathis age 94 of Bethlehem, entered into peaceful rest September 2, 2003 at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry A. Mathis. Mina was born August 27, 1909 in Gardner, MA, daughter of the late Frank and Veronica Shopran. Mrs. Mathis attended school in Gardner, MA, and previously resided in Seymour for forty five years. She leaves her loving son, H. Sean Mathis and his wife Florence of Litchfield, and two cherished grandchildren, Cameron Mathis, and Valentina Mathis both of Litchfield.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:15 a.m. from the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 west Church Street, Seymour, to St. Anthony’s Church, Ansonia where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Great Hill Cemetery, Seymour.
