My thoughts and prayers to Paul's family. I stumbled upon his obituary when I was checking the notice for my sister, Mindy. I'm afraid I lost touch with Paul after his retirement. I met Paul when he was resident trooper in Bethany, and I must say, he was a wonderful guy. A GREAT trooper, and a kind and passionate person, a real gentleman.
