Obituary for Wallace Burnett

SEYMOUR, CT: Wallace E. Burnett, age 67 of Roberts Street, entered into peaceful rest, October 9, 2003 at the Hilltop Health Care Center, Ansonia. Mr. Burnett was born June 11, 1936 in New Haven, son of the late Leland H., and Alice (Hull) Burnett. He was lifelong Seymour resident, and a lifelong member of the Seymour Congregational Church; he also was a longtime member of the churches choir. Wallace retired from the Ansonia Copper and Brass Co., where he worked for more than thirty years as a computer programmer. Mr. Burnett was an avid reader, and an amateur photographer. He leaves his beloved friends the Peck family, and his church family at Seymour Congregational Church.
A memorial service in celebration of Wallace’s life will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour.
