Obituary for William ""Rip"" Reidenbach

BRIDGEPORT, CT: William Henry "Rip" Reidenbach age 67 of Wilson Street, entered into rest November 4, 2002 at his home; he was the beloved husband of Joan E. (Woods) Reidenbach. Mr. Reidenbach was born October 5, 1935 in Bridgeport, son of the late Henry and Evelyn (Heissner) Reidenbach. William was retired after 30 years as a First Sergeant from the Army National Guard, and had formerly served in the United States Marine Corps for 3 years. Rip was a member of the David S. Miles Post 174 American Legion, Oxford. He was an avid sportsman, and he especially enjoyed to hunt and fish.
Besides his wife William leaves his loving family including 1 daughter Ann Brideau and her husband John of Woodbury. 2 brothers, Richard Reidenbach of Bridgeport, and Frederick Reidenbach of Milford. 1 sister, Carol Musante of Milford. 2 granddaughters, Michelle and Susan Brideau of Woodbury. Also several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services and interment will be private.
