Obituary for Chester W. Madigosky

Oxford, CT: Chester W. Madigosky, age 86 of Oxford entered into peaceful rest on March 30th at Griffin Hospital. He was the husband of the late Rose (Delcore) Madigosky. Mr. Madigosky was born on January 8, 1922 in Seymour, CT, son of the late Peter and Nellie (Johnson) Madgigosky. Chester retired in 1984, from the Bic Pen Company in Milford, CT; where he worked as a Tool & Die maker. Mr. Madigosky was a veteran of the United States Marines during World War II. Chester was an avid NY Mets fan and a member of the American Legion in Oxford. Chester is survived by two daughters Cheryl S. Brischetto and her husband Stephen of Portland, Oregon and Robin Madigosky of Oxford, CT, two sisters Lucille Warren of Wethersfield, CT and Ellma Kowell of Seymour, CT; two grandsons Matthew and Arron There are no visitation hours and funeral services will be private, at the request of the family.
