Condolence From: HARVEY & JANE GREENHALGH
Condolence: My Dear Friend, Colleague & San Felipe Maestro; ERIC GARCIA.
I will always remember your grand enthusiasm, that great smile, your fairness and patience in everything…and your Truth, Leadership, Encouragement and Ideas. San Felipe was yours!
You knew all the folks both high and low; you knew what was happening-and had an even better idea of whether it would really work. You knew the Mayor, the Governor of Baja del Norte and the folks who had the means to do the job. You knew the simple folk-& encouraged them. You knew the rocks on the beach and the Tides of the Sea of Cortez.

Eric, you were an amazing force at the El Dorado Ranch-they owe you much! You were the original force at Playa del Paraiso, and with your engineering knowledge AND your sale skills both Laura Bellegeer and the present owners owe you even more!!
Under your wing, we build our home close to you on the Ranch-and I stopped by your place there about 4 weeks ago to see if you had popped back. And too, we made a deposit on Playa del Paraiso-at some further date both will blossom. Thank You! You did your utmost, the owners of both of the projects should be incredibly grateful to you!

And, I know you had a special place in your heart for your lovely old Mum (my English way for 'Mom'). You were always concerned for her safety and her health. Eric, we talked of God
and life & making things right with Him, asking for forgiveness-And the Peace that would come to all of us once He was in our Heart!
And now Dear Friend YOU are in the Light, His light, and all is-as it should be.
With Love, Respect and Admiration your English mate and friend, Harvey Greenhalgh-& Jane.
Adios mi Amigo.
