I was very sad to hear of Jim's death. I read about it in today's paper, unfortunately too late to go to the service. I was a customer of his on Bungay Road a few times these last 10 years and I thought so highly of him. On the one hand his work was flawless and he took great care in putting new lines into my house without destroying the authenticity of the old colonial my father had so carefully built. On the other hand there was Jim and his ever-smiling positive attitude about life. He was a truly sweet man and I can't say that about many men I've met. I may have talked to him 5 times in my life but I always looked forward to seeing him and the sunshine he brought with him. If it helps to know this from a stranger, he did make a difference and we are worse off because he is gone but better off if we knew him. Sincerely, Wendy Rittweger
